Use this page to view the CPT details for an authorization.

Tip:  The information displayed on the CPT page is read-only and cannot be changed.

Viewing Authorization CPT Information

The following information is displayed for each authorization CPT:

• EI Code displays the EI code for the authorization associated with the CPT detail.

View Authorization CPT Detail Information

In the columns of the CPT Detail table, view the following information for each CPT associated with an authorization:

• CPT displays the CPT code.

• CPT Description displays a description of the CPT.

• Start Date displays the start date of the CPT.

• End Date displays the end date of the CPT.
