Use this page to view and/or update site-specific detail information for a billing entity.
Tip: Some of the information displayed on the Site Detail page is read-only and cannot be changed.
The following information on the Site Detail page is read-only and cannot be changed:
Description displays a brief description and/or the name of the site.
Status displays the site’s current status (such as Active or Inactive).
Address displays the current address information for the site.
City displays the name of the city in which the site is currently located.
State/Zip displays the name of the state and the ZIP code in which the site is currently located.
Parish displays the name of the parish in which the site is currently located.
In addition, the following read-only information about the site is also displayed on the Site Detail page under One or More Provider Accounts may use this Site for:
Payment Site indicates whether this site is currently designated as a payment site for a provider.
Service Site indicates whether this site is currently designated as a service site for a provider.
Correspondence Site indicates whether this site is currently designated as a correspondence site for a provider.
Admin Only indicates whether this site is currently designated as an administrative-only site for a provider.
The following information on the Site Detail page can be entered and/or updated as necessary:
In Phone, enter or update the primary telephone number for the site. You can enter up to 10 numeric digits in this text box.
In Mobile, enter or update the mobile telephone number for the site. You can enter up to 10 numeric digits in this text box.
In Phone2, enter or update the secondary telephone number for the site. You can enter up to 10 numeric digits in this text box.
In Phone3, enter or update an alternate telephone number for the site. You can enter up to 10 numeric digits in this text box.
In Fax, enter or update the fax telephone number for the site. You can enter up to 10 numeric digits in this text box.
In Email, enter or update the email address for the site. You can enter up to 50 characters in this text box.
In Contact, enter or update the name of the primary contact person for the site. You can enter up to 65 characters in this text box.
Click the following button(s) as necessary:
Click Reset to clear any unsaved changes and restore the previously displayed information.
Click Close to return to the previous page.
Click Save to save information that has been changed.
