Use this page to view a list of all the provider accounts who use a specific billing entity's Tax ID number, and/or to view a list of all the provider accounts whose payments are paid to a specific billing entity.
Tip: Information displayed on the Billing Entity - Provider List page is read-only and cannot be changed. Under Provider Account Filter, you can click the Show Active Only check box to display only currently active providers in the Providers List table. When selected, the information displayed in the Providers List table is refreshed.
In the columns of the Providers List table, view the following information for each provider that is currently displayed:
Detail provides a link to the provider detail page. Click the icon in this column to display the Provider Account Detail page.
Last Name displays the last name of the provider.
First Name displays the first name of the provider.
Account ID displays the current address information for the provider.
Status indicates whether the status of the provider is currently Active or Inactive.
