Use this page to view the results of an authorization search.
Tip: Information displayed on this page is read-only and cannot be changed. Under Search Filter, you can click the Show Active Only check box to display only currently active sites in the Search Results table. When selected, the information displayed in the Search Results table is refreshed.
In the columns of the Search Results table, view the following information for each authorization:
Detail provides a link to the claim detail page. Click the 
icon in this column to display the Authorization Detail page.
Claim provides a link to the claim detail page. Click the 
icon in this column to display the Claim Detail page.
Auth# displays the identification number of the authorization .
Start Date displays the starting date of the authorization.
End Date displays the ending date of the authorization.
Child First Name displays the first name of the child listed on the authorization.
Child Last Name displays the last name of the child listed on the authorization.
Child ID displays the full 9-digit state identification number for the child listed on the authorization.
DOB displays the date of birth for the child listed on the authorization.
Status displays the current status of the authorization.
Provider displays the name of the provider account listed on the authorization.
Click the following button(s) as necessary:
Click Print to print the current list of authorizations on your printer.
Click Back to return to the previous page.
