Select the Child ID radio button and complete the following information to perform a search by child identification number:
In Child ID, enter the specific child identification number on which to search.
Select the Child Name radio button and complete the following information to perform a search by child name:
In Last Name, enter the last name of the child on which to search
In First Name, enter the first name of the child on which to search.
Click the following button(s) as necessary:
Click Back to return to the previous page.
Click Search to perform a search based on the filter criteria entered and display the results on the Child List page.
