Under Current Status, the following information is displayed about the current status of the AT authorization:
Status displays the current status of the AT authorization.
Status Date displays date on which the status was changed.
Quantity displays the authorized quantity.
Item Cost displays the unit price of each quantity.
Total Cost displays the total cost of the AT authorization.
Enter and/or view the following information under New Status as necessary:
In Status, select a new status for the AT authorization.
In Quantity, update the authorized quantity as necessary. The Quantity can only be updated when the Status is Approved.
In Item Cost, update the unit price of each quantity as necessary. The Item Cost can only be updated when the Status is Approved.
Total Cost displays the total cost of the AT authorization. This information is read-only and cannot be changed.
In Comments, enter any additional comments about the AT authorization.
Click the following button(s) as necessary:
Click Reset to clear any unsaved changes and restore the previously displayed information.
Click Close to return to the previous page.
Click Update to save information that has been changed.
