Select the Zip Code radio button and enter a full or partial Zip code to perform a search by Zip code. You must enter at least three numeric digits to perform a search.
Select the Parish Name radio button and enter the full or partial parish name to perform a search by parish. You must enter at least two characters to perform a search.
In the columns of the Search Result table, view the following information for each parish that matches the filter criteria specified:
Select provides a link to select a parish. Click the link in this column to select a specific parish and return to the New AT Authorization page.
City displays the name of each city that matches the specified filter criteria.
Zip Code displays the Zip code in which each city that matches the specified filter criteria is located.
Parish displays the name of each parish that matches the specified filter criteria.
Click the following button(s) as necessary:
Click Reset to clear any unsaved changes and restore the previously displayed information.
Click Close to return to the previous page.
Click Search to perform a search based on the filter criteria entered and display the filtered results in the Search Result table.
