Use this page to search for additional messages that are active and attach them to an email communication, a newly composed message, or a previously-existing message.
Under Message Search, complete information in the following fields as necessary and click Search to filter the list of messages displayed in the Message List table:
In Effective Date, enter or select the starting date of the date range on which to search.
In To, enter or select the ending date of the date range on which to search.
OR
In Subject, enter the subject of the message on which to search.
In the following columns of the Message List table, view the list of messages that match the filter criteria entered under Message Search:
Select indicates whether the archived message is currently attached (when checked). Click the check box in this column to attach or detach the archived message.
Subject displays the subject for the archived message.
Effective Date displays the date on which the archived message became effective.
Click the following button(s) as necessary:
Click Attach Message(s) to attach the currently selected message(s) and return to the previous page.
Click Close to return to the previous page without attaching additional messages.
